Ensure the right product in the right package with PQM. The stand-alone system verifies the correct packaging materials in your packaging machines, preventing errors and ensuring correctly packaged products are shipped to the right destination. With advanced cameras integrated into the machines, PQM validates the correctness of loaded materials based on the GRD
code received from SAP through the Operator Interface.

If the correct packaging is confirmed, operations continue seamlessly, but if inconsistencies arise or verification fails, the machine is promptly stopped.

How it works

A Camera is scanning all products that are being wrapped on the production line and that are passing by.

If there is a product and the dimensions of the package are not correct, the PQM will stop the packaging line.

After the faulty product(s) are removed, the operator can restart the line to continue it's operation.
