Break-out sessies Clean Manufacturing

14.15 – 15.00 uur – From Burden to Breakthrough: Elevating Sustainability into a Performance Driver (taal: Engels)

Manufacturers love efficiency. So why does sustainability still feel like a burden? The problem isn’t intention; it’s maturity. When sustainability is treated purely as a compliance checkbox or a PR exercise, it creates cost and complexity without delivering real value. But when it’s embedded into day-to-day operations, it becomes a lever for performance, innovation, and competitive advantage. This session explores how to climb the sustainability maturity curve, moving from reactive compliance to proactive operational excellence.
